What counts as a "user"?
Anyone who logs into Platto — agents, TCs, brokers, admins. Client portal access for buyers and sellers is free and unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Annual plans can be cancelled at the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees, no penalties.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Sign up, invite your team, and start using Platto. There's no implementation fee, no onboarding charge, and no data migration cost.
Do e-signatures cost extra?
No. E-signatures are included for every user on every plan. Send as many documents for signature as you need.
What about support?
Priority support is included. Email, chat, and phone support during business hours. We also offer onboarding walkthroughs for new teams.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time. The annual discount will apply to your next billing cycle.
