How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the email instructions. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Admin → Users in the platform sidebar. Click "Invite User" and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation link to join your organization.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export deals, contacts, and reports from their respective pages. For a full data export, contact support and we'll prepare it for you.

What browsers are supported?

Platto works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.
