Platto collects information you provide when creating an account, managing transactions, and using our platform. This includes your name, email address, organization details, and transaction data you enter into the system. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used to improve our service.

We use your information to provide and improve the Platto platform, including transaction management, document generation, client communication, and reporting features. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies, encryption at rest, and encryption in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
4. Third-Party Services
Platto integrates with third-party services including Google Places (address autocomplete), ATTOM (property data), and OpenAI (document auto-fill). These services have their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your data or close your account through the platform settings.
