Platto is a real estate transaction management platform that provides tools for deal tracking, document management, client communication, pipeline management, and reporting. The platform is designed for licensed real estate professionals and their teams.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Each user must have their own account; sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Platto only for lawful purposes related to real estate transactions. You may not use the platform to store or transmit malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Platto. We do not claim ownership of your transaction data, documents, client information, or any other content you create on the platform. You may export or delete your data at any time.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Platto is a management tool and does not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered and for compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
